Exchange policy
- You can request an exchange within 7 days starting from the day you received your order.
- The product must be in the same condition, unworn, and undamaged in any way, with the ticket attached.
- Exchange fees are applied separately and are distinct from delivery fees. Customers are responsible for any additional costs.
- Please note that cancelled exchanges due to rescheduling or cancellations will void your request, and you will not be able to submit another request for the same order.
Refund policy
